I am not responsible for boxes once scanned in by shipper and will ONLY replace if $5 signature confirm has been purchased at time or order. All orders are packed with care to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

All sales are final however, pending the circumstances a cancelation/refund may be approved as a one-time exception. Should this be the case a $25 restocking fee will be charged for the time spent customizing this order with you and the products that were taken out of rotation for others that could have been potentially purchased. Each box is given a 30 minute timeframe for us to build together as a custom shopping experience so please be mindful of my time and yours before purchasing and ensure this order is desired prior to purchase as refunds are not a standard practice here and all sales are final.
